  • A LEARNING INSTITUTE -- Four years ago, one of our clients determined to launch a learning institute to expose their employees to knowledge in key competencies... Four years later, the institute is still going strong and hundreds of employees have acquired valuable knowledge and skills and have contributed greatly to the sustained success of their organization (Back to top).
  • PROCESS IMPROVEMENT -- Several months ago, an organization has approached us with the project of re-engineering their internal business processes – a task always best handled from an expert with a ‘clean slate’ perspective. We came in and documented the ‘As-is’ processes and subsequently after some analysis, presented the ‘To-be’. Our recommendations were well received and the ‘new & improved’ processes were implemented and showed immediate results (Back to top).

  • TRAIN THE WORLD -- One of our favorite clients has consistently approached us on an annual basis to design and roll out a training initiative to be implemented at thousands of locations around the world. We collected their requirements, developed and piloted a product, and launched a 'train-the-trainer’ initiative for certified trainers to then traveled our globe delivering this training program with tremendous success (Back to top).

  • ENGAGE OUR PEOPLE -- A company recently contacted us to deliver a team-building activity to one of their corporate teams. Their only requirement was for the activity to be fun! Well, we directed them to hire an entertainer instead... Eventually, we were granted the contract and delivered a true and educational team-building event that was also fun...
